With over a century of tea craftsmanship, Dancing Tea is rooted in the legacy of the Yeh family — Taiwan' s pioneering tea growers since 1866, and the first to cultivate tea in Wuhe, Hualien.
In 1973, Mr. Yeh Fa-Shan relocated from Longtan to Wuhe, establishing the region' s first tea farm. His unwavering dedication to natural and organic farming reshaped the local tea culture and inspired a new generation of growers.

Today, Dancing Tea continues the tradition through organically grown Jin Xuan, White Peony, Red Jade (TTES 18), and large-leaf oolong — nurtured in harmony with wildflowers and untouched soil.
