To ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance, our in-house microbiological laboratory carries out routine micro-contamination self-testing. Additionally, we utilise advanced hypochlorous acid (HOCl) sanitisation systems to thoroughly sanitise our processing equipment and raw materials both before and after production.
Do I need to refrigerate the tea powder if not used immediately？
No refrigeration required.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Once opened, please consume as soon as possible and reseal tightly after each use.
Which of your tea powders are certified organic？
Both our Organic Ruby Black Tea Powder and Organic Green Tea Powder are Certified Organic.
Do your tea powders contain any added flavourings？
No, our tea powders contain no added flavours, sugars, or artificial additives.
We use 100% whole tea leaves and a low-temperature micro-milling process to lock in the optimal natural flavour and aroma, resulting in an ultra-fine powder with a rich, authentic taste.
How do I brew tea powder at home？
You can easily create a variety of beverages at home using our tea powders
Pure Tea：
We recommend a ratio of 1g tea powder to 100ml water, adjusted to your preferred strength. For best results, use hot water to help the powder dissolve smoothly. Cold water can also be used, though it will take slightly longer to blend.
Specialty Tea Drinks & Lattes：
We recommend whisking or dissolving the tea powder in a small amount of hot water first, then adding your choice of milk (dairy or plant-based) or other mixers.
What is the sediment left at the bottom of my cup？
It is completely natural tea leaf fibre.
We use a low-temperature micro-milling process that grinds 100% whole tea leaves into an ultra-fine powder. Similar to traditional matcha, any slight sediment at the bottom is simply insoluble dietary fibre from the whole leaves and is entirely normal and safe to consume.
