A taste of late summer. Each August, when the osmanthus comes into bloom, DANCING TEA blends freshly picked osmanthus flowers with Wenshan Pouchong in a carefully balanced golden ratio. Gentle low-temperature roasting locks the delicate floral aroma into the leaf, so every cup opens with a bright, honeyed osmanthus fragrance that drifts above the tea's soft, refreshing character. Wenshan Pouchong is a lightly oxidised tea prized for its smooth, green-floral sweetness and clean, lingering finish — and here it's lifted beautifully by the apricot-honey notes of osmanthus. The result is fresh, sweet, and wonderfully aromatic, with a mellow depth that keeps you coming back for another sip. Light, elegant, and endlessly easy to drink.

How to Brew

1. Place one tea bag in a cup.

2. Add about 300 ml of freshly boiled water (around 95°C).

3. Steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

4. Adjust water to taste for a lighter or stronger brew — or pour over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
