DANCING TEA's Pomelo Flower Black Tea brings together Wuhe black tea and pomelo flowers, both from Hualien, blended each March in a balanced 1:1 ratio and roasted together so the blossom's fragrance infuses right into the leaf. Wuhe is one of Taiwan's most celebrated black teas, prized for its naturally honey-like sweetness and smooth, mellow body — and here it's brightened by the fresh, clean scent of pomelo blossom, which lingers long after each sip. The brew is rich yet gentle: warm honeyed depth on the palate, uplifting citrus-floral notes on the nose, and a rounded finish with no bitterness.

How to Brew

1. Place one tea bag in a cup.

2. Add about 300 ml of freshly boiled water (around 95°C).

3. Steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

4. Adjust water to taste for a lighter or stronger brew — or pour over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
