Each March, when the pomelo trees blossom, we blend smooth Jin Xuan oolong with pomelo flowers from Hegang in Hualien in a balanced 1:1 ratio, then roast them together so the floral fragrance and tea aroma become one. Jin Xuan is beloved for its naturally sweet, creamy-smooth character, and here it's brightened by the clean, uplifting scent of pomelo blossom — fresh, citrusy-floral, and wonderfully long-lasting. The brew pours a honeyed green-gold, light and crisp on the palate with a delicate fresh-green edge. Elegant, aromatic, and easy to drink, it's a cup that keeps you reaching for more.

How to Brew

1. Place one tea bag in a cup.

2. Add about 300 ml of freshly boiled water (around 95°C).

3. Steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

4. Adjust water to taste for a lighter or stronger brew — or pour over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
